Dungeon Siege 2 is a cummin' !

Man I don't know about you people out there but I have been looking forward to getting this game for a while now and in fact it will be released in the U.S. today. Here is an excerpt of the Action Trip review :

"...but the way I see it, the truly great gaming experience (one that is truly addictive), is that which not only makes you lose track of time, but when you finally peel your eyes away from the monitor, you're still feeling that slight numbness in your body as your mind tries to adjust to the real world. Without sounding too crass, this is pretty much how I felt after I've gotten my first really good and sufficiently lengthy blow job..." - "yes, Dungeon Siege 2 did give me that great buzz that lingers a bit after playing"

phoaarrr that sounds good... I really can't wait :)

So finally got DS 2 Tuesday (with a cool T-Shirt no less!) and started playing it. I must say the game has giving my brain a colour overload. The screen is very busy especially in the forest section - it is easy to miss a side section off the beaten path unless you keep tabs on the map.
But after a while my brain got used to it and I am enjoying it immensly so far !

Played DS2 again last night. Got very irritated when when the people told me I was diseased because I fought a bunch of monsters. Did a scramble for the fountain to rescue myself for it and died about 7 times ! There obviously no time limit but I felt a sense of urgency anyways and just went slower because of it. Finally after irritating the sh#t out of my wife I got to the fountain just to find out it doesn't seem to do anything for you - bleah ! Anyways back in town and trying to figure out where to go next. All the side quests really confuses me : you get a few - totally forget about them - do a bunch of things - get back to the people after a while - realised you somehow completed some of them :)
